Guidelines
For To develop its full strength and color potential, Color-Conditioned™ Concrete should be properly cured with compatible curing and sealing materials. Curing and sealing the concrete surface repels water, reduces surface staining and provides improved resistance to abrasion, many chemicals, deicing salts, weather, and UV radiation. A variety of curing and sealing materials are available. For different types of colorful concrete for multi-colored work, SCOFIELD™ Curseal™ or Cementone® clear sealer is recommended. When a uniform color is specified the surface should be cured with LITHOCHROME® Colorwax™ color-matched to the underlying concrete.
